James Arthur has denied reports that he hired two hookers for sex.
The Sun claims that the X Factor winner and a friend paid over £1,000 to spend the night with the women at his London flat.
Ria Vincent said that Arthur remained dressed and kept his socks on while she and her fellow escort performed a sex act on him.
"He told me who he was then ordered us to get naked, saying, 'Are you going to take your clothes off then?'" she alleged.
"I just think the guy is a total loser. When you meet him in the flesh you realise he is just a bit of a geek who doesn't really know what he is doing. He wouldn't even take off his socks.
"He kept telling us he was James Arthur off X Factor and had just won £1 million - like it meant they should be getting freebies."
When the two hours the men had paid for came to an end, they apparently begged the women to stay and perform a lesbian show.
Arthur allegedly told the pair that he couldn't afford to pay them straight away, but would take them out another night for free drinks. His friend eventually went to a cash machine to settle the bill.
The singer told the paper that he wasn't aware the women were escorts at the time, while a spokesman refused to comment.
He has since tweeted: "How can someone who writes for The Sun who print utter bulls**t say I need a moral compass? Must be [Frankie] Boyle still bitter about our handbags.
"Apologies to those of my fans reading lies about me today. This is just another attempt by The Sun to assassinate the character of someone who is trying to do something positive with his life.
"It's pure slander so I fight back sorry."
It was reported in January that Arthur kept his socks on during sex with 18-year-old fan Danielle Withey - claims he also denied.
