Chris Brown was reportedly forced to cut a journey short after his private jet filled with smoke.
The rapper was flying from Burbank to Teterboro, New Jersey for the Met Ball fashion event when the plane had to make an emergency landing, reports TMZ.
The Gulfstream 3 jet was around eight minutes into the flight when people on board noticed the smoke.
A source said: "It was A LOT of smoke... everywhere."
The pilot soon calmly turned the plane back around and landed at Burbank Airport, according to the site.
Brown then decided to board a second private jet within the hour in order to attend the event.
He was reportedly unable to reach the Met Gala in time, but did attend an after-party with friends.
