Will Smith flops in penalty shoot-out with son Jaden - video

Will and Jaden Smith have taken part in a penalty shoot-out against goalkeepers Edwin van der Sar and Jens Lehmann.

The film stars made an appearance at the UEFA Champions Festival in London this weekend, and can be seen taking penalties against the former Man United and Arsenal goalkeepers in a video uploaded to The FA's YouTube channel.

44-year-old Will failed to score any goals, completely missing his first attempt and hitting the post for several others.

Jaden managed to hit the back of the net after his father jokingly tackled Van der Sar out of the goal.

The duo are currently in the UK promoting their new film After Earth.
They have made several public appearances during their London trip, including a trip to Boris Johnson's Leadership Clubs programme, where the Mayor of London told the pair that he had written a rap song.

Smith also entertained viewers of The Graham Norton Show last week by staging a Fresh Prince of Bel Air reunion with former cast members Alfonso Ribeiro and DJ Jazzy Jeff.

Angelina Jolie aunt Debbie Martin loses breast cancer battle

Angelina Jolie's aunt Debbie Martin has passed away after an ongoing battle with breast cancer, it has been reported.

Martin, the sister of Jolie's mother Marcheline Bertrand, died on Sunday (May 26) in an Escondido, California hospital.

Her husband Ron Martin told E! that he had been in touch with Jolie, whose father Jon Voight had also visited Martin prior to her death.

He said: "Angelina has been in touch throughout the week and her brother Jamie has been with us, giving his support day by day.

"They both loved Debbie very much and although Angie is not able to come right now she has sent her love and support which was very nice."

Jolie revealed last month in an op-ed piece for The New York Times that she underwent a preventative double mastectomy surgery to reduce her risk of cancer.

The actress, whose mother died six years ago at 56 from breast cancer, learned from doctors that she had an 87% risk of developing the diseas herself.

Union J star 'asks out Hollyoaks actress Wallis Day'

Union J star JJ Hamblett reportedly asked Hollyoaks actress Wallis Day out on a date after meeting her at the British Soap Awards.

The 24-year-old singer got a friend to approach the 19-year-old, who plays Holly Cunningham in the Channel 4 soap, during the after-party, the Daily Star Sunday reports.

"JJ couldn't keep his eyes off Wallis. She's tall and has a gorgeous smile," a source said.

"As she was dancing, he was totally captivated by her. His band are about to take the world by storm and you'd think he'd have the confidence to chat up a pretty young actress - but he was totally in awe of her.

"Wallis is a friendly girl and was happy to go over and meet him after his friend put in a good word for him. They started chatting and the sexual chemistry between them was instant

"They were talking and flirting for ages and realised they had so much in common. Before JJ left they swapped numbers and the pair have been in contact ever since.

"JJ is desperate to take her out on a date and they're currently looking at when they can hook up."

Michael Jackson's father denied entry at Cannes Film Festival

Michael Jackson's father Joe Jackson was reportedly denied entry to a premiere at the Cannes Film Festival after forgetting his ticket.

The 84-year-old walked the red carpet at the premiere of film Michael Kohlhaas but was refused admission when he reached the entry point, according to The Mirror.

A press release sent out before Jackson departed for France explained that he was travelling to celebrate 'A Jackson Week of Celebrations' in Cannes.

A week-long celebration at the Private Villa Oxygen including Michael Jackson impersonators and other entertainment was reportedly raising money for the Jackson Family Foundation.

Earlier this year, Jackson spoke out in support of hitting children and explained that he thought it had done his own children good.

He said: "I'm glad I was tough, because look what I came out with.

"I came out with some kids that everybody loved all over the world. And they treated everybody right."

Kim Kardashian: 'Pregnancy has changed my definition of sexy'

Kim Kardashian has revealed that pregnancy has changed her idea of what is sexy.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star now believes that there are "different versions of sexy".
She told Now magazine: "I've tried to stick to what I'd usually wear but you obviously have to change it a little bit.

"You try things you think will work, but they don't always work! Anything stretchy works.

"So long as you feel good in something, you'll feel sexy, too. I think there are different versions of sexy."

The star has come under fire for her choices of maternity wear during her pregnancy so far. Actress Jamie-Lynn Sigler came to Kardashian's defence earlier this week, adding that it is "hard" being pregnant.
Kardashian admitted that her pregnancy has changed her definition of what constitutes dressing attractively.

"There's overly sexy, where you're showing off and it's, like, short and tight. Then there's sophisticated and sexy; and then there's effortless and sexy, not showing any skin.

She continued: "You can wear a turtleneck and have that be super-sexy. I guess it depends on what sexiness is to you.

"To me, now, it's not showing everything like it once was, when I felt I wanted to wear the skintight short dress with boobs out.

"Now I don't feel like that's what it takes to be sexy."

Kardashian is expecting her first child with boyfriend Kanye West this summer.

Harry Styles has reportedly become obsessed with cleaning in recent weeks.

The One Direction singer has even been given the nickname 'Mrs Mop' by his bandmates, reports the Daily Star.

He has allegedly enforced the group wear slippers while in their 30-foot tour bus so that they don't mess up the floor.

A crew member said: "Harry loves everything to be neat and tidy. He's fixated with keeping the tour bus clean.

"He watches to make sure no-one drops food anywhere and asked people to leave their shoes at the door and wear slippers.

"He went to a supermarket and bought a ton of cleaning products as he didn't think the bus was clean enough.

Justin Bieber 'makes house guests sign $5 million waiver'

Justin Bieber reportedly makes guests visiting his house in California sign a legal waiver.

TMZ claims to have obtained a copy of the document, which everyone must sign before entering his mansion in Calabasas.

The Liability Waiver and Release warns that anyone who speaks publicly about anything that happens inside the home could be sued for $5 million.

The contract forbids guests from talking about the "physical health, or the philosophical, spiritual or other views or characteristics" of Bieber or other guests.

Tweeting or blogging about parties at the house, or uploading photographs of events to Instagram, also violates the terms of the waiver, resulting in an automatic demand for $5 million in damages.

The form warns that activities in the house could be "potentially hazardous and you should not participate unless you are medically able and properly trained".

The waiver - common among A-list celebrities - also states that risks involved in visiting his home include "minor injuries to catastrophic injuries, including death".

Jennifer Ellison on 'terrifying' fall: 'I was scared for my unborn baby'

Pregnant Jennifer Ellison has revealed that she was left "terrified" after she fell down the stairs carrying her 3-year-old son.

The star - who is now eight months pregnant - was taken to hospital after she couldn't feel her baby moving.
She told Now magazine: "I fell down the stairs while I was holding my 3-year-old son Bobby. The baby didn't move, so I rushed to hospital to make sure all was OK.

"At the hospital they gave me an ultrasound - and as soon as I heard the heartbeat I was overcome with relief.

"I was terrified I'd hurt the baby."

Ellison revealed that since the accident she feels as if her body is preparing for giving birth.

"Since then I've been getting Braxton Hicks contractions, so it feels like my body's getting ready for labour," she explained.

Earlier this year, Ellison spoke out about her experience with postnatal depression following the birth of her son. She said that she thinks she won't experience the condition again this time around.

"I think I got it last time because of the shock of the labour - it was extremely stressful and very scary. Four days of no sleep and then a baby! Everything was negative in my mind."

Justin Bieber poses with Chris Brown in Instagram picture

Justin Bieber has released an image of himself posing with Chris Brown.

Brown is seen in the picture with his arm around the teenage popstar, who is pointing to the 'Forever' singer.

"CB what's up," Bieber wrote in a caption accompanying the image.

Brown recently came to Bieber's defence following a string of negative publicity for the 'Never Say Never' singer for getting into a scuffle with a paparazzo and allegedly threatening to kill his neighbour during a row.

"I pray for him, I pray for myself. I think we're both great artists... he's like a baby Elvis," Brown told Power 105.1's Breakfast Club in April.

Bieber has most recently been at the centre of controversy for being booed at the Billboard Music Awards, where he demanded to be taken seriously while accepting the 'Milestone Award'.

Justin Bieber's pet monkey adopted by Germany

Justin Bieber has officially lost custody of his pet monkey.

The animal was seized by German customs on March 28 when the singer tried to take it into the country on his private jet without the correct paperwork.

He had been given until midnight on Friday (May 17) to produce the documents and retrieve his pet.

However, customs spokesman Thomas Meister confirmed that Bieber failed to act, meaning the authorities will transfer ownership of the animal to the German state today.

Bieber will have six weeks to contest the decision, but his minders had previously indicated that they wanted the monkey to be rehomed.

The pet had been staying at an animal shelter but has since been moved to quarantine.

Justin Bieber concert takings stolen by gang in South Africa

Justin Bieber's concert takings were stolen by a gang of thieves in South Africa earlier this week.

The criminal group - reportedly armed with rope, chisels and hammers - stole more than 1 million rand (£70,000) from the gig.

They broke into Johannesburg's Soccer City stadium and made away with money generated from Bieber's shows at the venue, reports BBC Newsbeat.

It is believed that the gang spent several days chiselling through the walls at the stadium and then lowered themselves into the venue with rope.

"The money was taken from the building and they only realised today," an officer said yesterday (May 14). "We don't know how many people were involved as we are still gathering evidence."

South African police spokesperson Katlego Mogale added: "The suspect had gained entry through the roof. They broke the tile of the bathroom between last night [Sunday] after the concert and this morning."

It was the second of Bieber's two dates in South Africa as part of his 'Believe' world tour, which will resume in San Diego on June 22 for the North American run.

Usher 'sued by ex-nanny for unpaid salary'

Usher has reportedly been sued by a former nanny.

Cecilia Duncan has claimed that the singer hired her as a part-time nanny back in December 2011 to look after his two sons, aged 4 and 5 years old.

However, she alleges that she often worked over 40 hours a week and was never paid overtime, reports TMZ.

The lawsuit states that Duncan spoke to Usher about her concerns in 2011, but he ignored her complaints for over a year.

She is said to have been fired in September without being paid overtime fees.

Duncan has sued Usher for wrongful termination, failure to pay wages, and other claims for unspecified damages, said to be in the six-figure range.

Usher's representatives later told TMZ that Duncan's claims are "completely false".

The R&B singer recently admitted he is unsure if he will be returning to NBC's The Voice next season.

Calvin Harris, Rita Ora 'spotted kissing' at Daft Punk album party

Calvin Harris and Rita Ora have reportedly been seen kissing at a party.

The pair - who are rumoured to have been on a number of dates together in recent weeks - were seen sharing an intimate moment at Daft Punk's album launch party in London on Monday (May 13).

"Calvin Harris and Rita Ora are at the Daft Punk party together. They just kissed," a source told Entertainmentwise.

The couple were also photographed out and about in Notting Hill later on Monday evening.

It was reported last week that Ora had met the Scottish DJ for dates whilst in Las Vegas, reportedly flirting with one another while Harris performed at the Grand Hotel's Hakkasan club on May 4.

Harris then posted a photo on Instagram showing Ora boarding his jet the next day, with the caption: "You again!"

Friends of the pair have described them as a "perfect couple", with one saying: "They are having a great time and are really into each other."

Angelina Jolie has double mastectomy: I don't feel any less of a woman

Angelina Jolie has confirmed that she had a preventive double mastectomy earlier this year.

The actress and director made the decision upon finding out that she carries the BRCA1 gene, which can increase the risk of developing breast cancer and ovarian cancer.
Jolie, whose mother died of cancer at the age of 56, wrote an essay for The New York Times talking about her surgery and the discussions she had with her family - including her children - and said that she had chosen to share her experiences in the hope that others might benefit when it comes to making decisions about their health.

"Once I knew that this was my reality, I decided to be proactive and to minimize the risk as much I could," she wrote. "I made a decision to have a preventive double mastectomy... On April 27, I finished the three months of medical procedures that the mastectomies involved. During that time I have been able to keep this private and to carry on with my work.

"But I am writing about it now because I hope that other women can benefit from my experience. Cancer is still a word that strikes fear into people's hearts, producing a deep sense of powerlessness. But today it is possible to find out through a blood test whether you are highly susceptible to breast and ovarian cancer, and then take action."

Jolie revealed that following tests, her doctors estimated she had an 87% risk of developing breast cancer and 50% risk of developing ovarian cancer. She did, however, stress that the risk factors are different for each individual who carries the BRCA1 gene.

She added that following the three rounds of surgery, her chances of developing breast cancer have dropped to 5%.

"I wanted to write this to tell other women that the decision to have a mastectomy was not easy. But it is one I am very happy that I made," Jolie further revealed.

"I can tell my children that they don't need to fear they will lose me to breast cancer. It is reassuring that they see nothing that makes them uncomfortable. They can see my small scars and that's it. Everything else is just Mommy, the same as she always was. And they know that I love them and will do anything to be with them as long as I can.

> Read Angelina Jolie's essay 'My Medical Choice' in full

"On a personal note, I do not feel any less of a woman. I feel empowered that I made a strong choice that in no way diminishes my femininity.

"I am fortunate to have a partner, Brad Pitt, who is so loving and supportive. So to anyone who has a wife or girlfriend going through this, know that you are a very important part of the transition.

"Brad was at the Pink Lotus Breast Centre, where I was treated, for every minute of the surgeries. We managed to find moments to laugh together. We knew this was the right thing to do for our family and that it would bring us closer. And it has."

Jolie continued: "For any woman reading this, I hope it helps you to know you have options. I want to encourage every woman, especially if you have a family history of breast or ovarian cancer, to seek out the information and medical experts who can help you through this aspect of your life, and to make your own informed choices."

Adding that her own treatment programme would be published on the Pink Lotus Breast Centre website, she added that she appreciates there are alternatives to surgery, acknowledging the "many wonderful holistic doctors" working on such regimes.

.Jolie also highlighted the cost of BRCA1 and BRCA2 gene testing in the United States, arguing that figures of over $3,000 (£1,960) pose "an obstacle for many women".

"It has got to be a priority to ensure that more women can access gene testing and life-saving preventive treatment, whatever their means and background, wherever they live," she wrote.

Jolie concluded: "I choose not to keep my story private because there are many women who do not know that they might be living under the shadow of cancer. It is my hope that they, too, will be able to get gene tested, and that if they have a high risk they, too, will know that they have strong options.

"Life comes with many challenges. The ones that should not scare us are the ones we can take on and take control of."

Amy Winehouse statue in Camden approved by planners

A proposed statue of the late Amy Winehouse has been approved by local councillors in north London.

The life-sized bronze memorial - designed by Scott Eaton - was approved by Camden Council at a meeting earlier this week, the Camden New Journal reports. It is expected to be installed on the balcony at The Roundhouse in September.

Camden Town Conservation Authority had objected to the plans, saying: "We are concerned that this statue of Amy Winehouse should be proposed so soon after her death... It often takes some time to devise an appropriate and lasting memorial as well as to provide a really suitable venue.

"We are not necessarily impressed by Scott Eaton's statue and certainly feel that a much better venue could be found. The proposal certainly seems to have far more commercial aims than the simple one of remembering Amy."

Winehouse's father Mitch and the family were supportive of the proposal, with Sky News quoting him as saying: "Amy was in love with Camden, and it is the place her fans from all over the world associate her with.

"The family have always been keen to have a memorial for her in the place she loved the most, which will provide fans a place to visit and bring extra custom to local businesses.

"The Roundhouse seemed an obvious choice of location as Amy had a special relationship with the venue. She played there with Paul Weller when the venue re-opened in October 2006 and her last public performance was on the same stage just days before she passed away in July 2011."

Describing his daughter as "a wonderful person" and "one of the greatest singers the world has ever known", Mitch Winehouse added: "We are strong supporters of The Roundhouse and their innovative music programmes which provide access to projects and opportunities for young people from disadvantaged backgrounds, and we have funded their Roundhouse Radio programme for the next three years."

It has been agreed that the statue will not be lit up at night, in order to discourage crowds from gathering on the street. It has also been reported that the location was chosen to try to draw fans away from the late musician's former home in Camden Square.

Winehouse was found dead at her home on July 23, 2011 at the age of 27. Her death was ruled as misadventure by accidental alcohol poisoning at a coroner's inquest.

Shakira: 'I looked like a Shar Pei after giving birth to son Milan'

Shakira has spoken about her body after giving birth.

The popstar and Barcelona defender Gerard Piqué welcomed baby boy Milan into the world in January.

The singer, who recently took over Christina Aguilera's coaching role on NBC's The Voice, spoke to Ellen DeGeneres about her post-pregnancy figure.

She said: "Looking at your new image in the mirror, I looked like a Shar Pei when I first delivered.

"I was like, 'Oh my God. Am I ever going to be sexy again? Is my man ever going to feel attracted to me again the way he used to be?'"

Shakira recently spoke about her baby weight battle, saying: "I look decent. I still have a long way to go. I still have a few pounds over to lose."

She previously said of her role on The Voice: "I haven't done anything like this before in my life, so it is totally an adventure to me.

"It's just a really nice journey. I'm glad I'm here. I'm really thrilled."

Louis Tomlison throwing water on the crowd

Rihanna Tour Tickets: Probably Not Worth the Money... Or the Wait

Despite a handful of cancellations and an apparent inability to show up anywhere on time, Rihanna is still raking in the big bucks on her Diamonds World Tour. This week, the Barbados-born singer made headlines for taking the stage in Boston three hours after doors were opened to fans, and 90 minutes after the scheduled start time of 9 pm (rumor has it she was busy watching an NBA game). It might not have been such a big deal had she not cancelled a Boston gig in March, citing laryngitis.

But, uh. Maybe people need to stop spending money on Rihanna.

Yes, the woman is capable of lending her voice to some finely written tunes. Yes, she's nabbed 12 number one singles on the Billboard Hot 100. Yes, she is sexy. Raunchy, even

But she does not deserve your money. Certainly not more than $50, which is what a nosebleed seat will cost you.

As Idolator's Sam Lansky brilliantly pointed out earlier this week, Rihanna is one of the least satisfying pop stars because we've allowed it to be so: "[The] world has trained her to believe that if she acts like a ratchet monster, people will love her anyway, and let her get away with it," he notes. It's a notion echoed elegantly in the New York Times' review of her performance at Newark's Prudential Center. "Serving nonchalance several different ways is Rihanna’s real gift, more than singing or dancing or entertaining in any traditional sense ... [She] gives nothing because that’s the choice that keeps people wanting," writes Jon Caramanica.

So let's stop indulging her. Seriously. All you'll miss is this move over and over again, anyway:
.
